ARM OF GOD: A SYMBOL OF DIVINE POWER AND INTERVENTION
The concept of the “arm of God” in the Bible is a powerful metaphor representing God’s strength, power, and ability to act in human history. This anthropomorphic imagery is used throughout Scripture to convey God’s direct intervention in the affairs of His people and the world.
Old Testament References
In the Old Testament, the “arm of God” is frequently mentioned in the context of God’s deliverance of Israel from Egypt.
